1. General Policy

All purchases made within the Mind Mission application, including but not limited to payments for competition entries, are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.

2. Digital Services

Our services consist of providing access to digital content and online competitions. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased service. Due to the digital nature of these services and the immediate value provided, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

3. Competition Entry Fees

Payment for a competition grants you one-time access to participate in that specific event. The fee is for the opportunity to participate and is not contingent on your performance, availability, or technical capability to complete the competition. If you are unable to participate for any reason after payment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Technical Issues

We are not responsible for your inability to access a competition due to issues with your personal device, internet connection, or other local technical problems. However, if a competition is inaccessible due to a verifiable server-side failure on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit or an alternative form of compensation.
